Return Eligibility
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products: If the products delivered are damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for an exchange. - Unused Products and Return Shipping Charges: For exchanges due to reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect items, products must be unused and in their original condition, including the brand’s box, MRP tag, user manual, warranty card, and all accessories. Customers are responsible for covering both to-and-fro shipping charges.
- Assessment of Returns: We reserve the right to assess returns on a case-by-case basis to ensure compliance with our policies and maintain fairness.
Exchange Process

- Unboxing Video: For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, provide an unboxing video highlighting the issue. For other exchanges, ensure products are unused and in original packaging.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to Mummapick’s error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Replacement: Upon receiving and verifying the returned item(s), we will process the exchange, subject to product availability. You will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your exchange request.
Refund Policy
Mummapick does not offer refunds. Instead, we provide exchanges for eligible products as per the guidelines above. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction through suitable replacements.
Cancellation Policy

- Before Shipment: Cancellations are accepted before the order is dispatched, with no additional charges.
- After Dispatch: If the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may be considered, but one-way shipping charges (based on your delivery area and zip code) will be deducted. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
